Love Yerba Mate, but looking for something a bit smoother on the palate? Try Yaupon Holly! Super high in caffeine (about on par with drip coffee), but no bitterness and a cozy roasted taste. We source our Yaupon Holly from the super friendly, super ethical CatSpring Yaupon farm in Texas. They do wonderful work and grow delicious Yaupon!
