A traditional Ayurvedic drink used to fight inflammation, reduce bloating and gas, boost the immune system, and clarify the skin. Adding dairy or vegan milk is entirely optional!
Ingredients: Turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, peppercorn
To infuse, simmer 2 teaspoons per pint of almond or coconut milk in a saucepan on low heat for 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent scorching. Alternately, brew like a regular tea, 2 teaspoons per pint of water at 190°F for 5 minutes.
