Golden Milk
A traditional Ayurvedic drink used to fight inflammation, reduce bloating and gas, boost the immune system, and clarify the skin. Adding dairy or vegan milk is entirely optional!
Ingredients: Turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, peppercorn

To infuse, simmer 2 teaspoons per pint of almond or coconut milk in a saucepan on low heat for 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent scorching. Alternately, brew like a regular tea, 2 teaspoons per pint of water at 190°F or 87.8°C for 5 minutes.

I just made a small cup of this with oat milk, just to see if it worked before making a whole batch. Suffice to say I could drink this by the gallon!
A super smooth satisfying taste, not overpowered in any of its flavours, rather a delightful marriage of them all. A gorgeous hot drink that I'll be making a lot more often!
