Approximately 3mg of caffeine per cup

Steep at 212° F or 100°C for 2-3 min

My new fave

This tea has become my go-to. Not too complicated, not too plain, this tea is perfect anytime, it’s a warm and comforting way to start my day in the morning, or a cozy way to end it in the evening! Probably eight times out of ten, this is what’s in my cup.
