This blend is a bolder take on a classic masala chai, with electric notes of cardamom, warming cinnamon and a zippy ginger-pepper combo. Tearista Greg developed this one, and his choice of Satemwa Dark (a cave-aged tea from Malawi) as a base makes for a rare chai that can brew forever without going overly tannic. Sink into it!
Ingredients: Dark tea (aged black tea), ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, cardamom, black peppercorn
Steep at 210° F for 3-5 minutes.
