A darling lil wafer of aged white tea with julienned tangerine peel! Each 5g cake makes one pot of tea and can be infused easily 5-30 times before losing flavor, depending on method of infusion. This tea was plucked in 2010, the tangerine in 2012, and together they dance a beautiful pas de deux of sun-drenched flowers and sweet citrus oil. An orchard in a cup!

Ingredients: 5g of caked 2010 Fuding Shoumei (white tea) with 2012 aged tangerine peel
Best brewed at 175° F or 79.4°C for 2-3 min, or over the course of many 30-second infusions. For a more traditional Chinese-style cup, stew over low low heat for an hour and then strain.
Approximately 25mg of caffeine per cup
