One minute sweet, the other spicy. We've captured that in a delightfully high-end oolong that manages to capture lemon-lime soda and chewy vanilla candy all at once. It's a strange sensation that surprised all of us at Friday Afternoon HQ and immediately became a house favorite!

Ingredients: Oolong tea, lemon peel, ginger root, natural lemon and vanilla flavors

Steep at 185° F or 85°C for 3-5 min
