Sparrow Tongue Yellow
This rare treat is one of the few yellow teas still being produced. We source our Sparrow's Tongue from the high mountains of Fujian Province, China. Experience this exquisitely subtle buttery leaf with its grassy and sweet backnotes!
Steeping recommendation: Brew at 175°F for 2-4 minutes. Use one tsp of leaf per 8 oz. of water and re-infuse several times.
