We named this blend Serendipi-tea because that's exactly how it came about. Friday accidentally poured some Ti Kwan Yin oolong into the jar of Ceylon black tea. The creamy maltiness of the Kwan Yin is perfectly complemented by the dark, high notes of the Ceylon. Super yum, and a gorgeous multi-steeper!
Ingredients: Black tea, oolong tea
Steep at 185° F for 3-4 minutes.
