We named this blend Serendipi-tea because that's exactly how it came about. Friday accidentally poured some Ti Kwan Yin oolong into the jar of Ceylon black tea. It would have been a crime to throw out such amazing quality leaf, so we decided to just drink it for ourselves and see how it tasted. We were so pleasantly surprised! The amazing creamy maltiness of the Kwan Yin is perfectly complemented by the dark, high notes of the Ceylon. Super yum, and a gorgeous multi-steeper!
Ingredients: Black tea, oolong
Steep at 185° F for 3-5 minutes.
