Already you know that which you need. The buttery glow and gentle earthy groundedness of an orderly sunflower field. Clean ginkgo leaf and lemon to keep the focus sharp. The strength of farm-fresh teas with the velvet touch of cream. The Light Side is where you belong.

Ingredients: White tea, black tea, lemon peel, ginkgo, sunflower petal, natural vegan cream flavoring

Approximately 50 mg of caffeine per cup

Steep at 185° F or 85°C for 2-4 min

A good tea

At first I was a little put off by the smell of the brew. I think it is the smell of the cream flavoring. However, once I tasted it, I knew it was a very good tea. I've heard really good things about this tea and I'm glad I tried it.

More Obi-Wan than Anakin

The Light Side has quickly become one of my favorite varieties of Friday's tea. I first got it on a wim when I ran into Friday at a Con and picked up both Light Side and Dark Side.
Dark Side sounds like it would be better, with its ginger, honey, chocolate, and clove. And it is a yummy tea. But the Light Side, despite its seemingly milder flavor of lemon peel and sunflower, is the winner in my book. It made me fall in love with the flavor of white tea, but with an added punch of some black tea that gives just a right bit of caffeine boost to keep me going through the afternoon without keeping me up at night. But I'm pretty sure it's the cream flavoring that adds the Light Side's extra yummieness. But keep buying the Dark Side, folks. Leaves more Light Side for me when the dark sells out.
