Ingredients: Black tea, coconut, papaya, pineapple, grapefruit peel, natural lemon and coconut flavoring

Approximately 50mg of caffeine per cup for Black Tea
Approximately 30 mg of caffeine per cup for Green Tea
Approximately 2mg of caffeine per cup for Decaf Black or Green

Steep Black Tea at 200° F or 93.3°C for 3-5 minutes.
Steep Green Tea at 185° F or 100°C for 2-4 minutes.
